Heavy Metal Detox: Why You Need It

If you are desiring to become pregnant, it is extremely important that you take measures to detox your body of heavy metals to prevent these from passing to your child.

If you’re alive on the planet today, it’s highly likely that you have heavy metals in your body.

Most of us, even if we haven’t taken any vaccines as adults, have had quite a few childhood vaccinations. Even if you are a rare person whose parents decided not to vaccinate you as a child, you’ve likely consumed heavy metals in your food.

Even if you’ve had the cleanest diet known to man and somehow avoided all heavy metals, you have absolutely been exposed to heavy metals in your environment, via aerial spraying, cookware, exhaust fumes, and more.

Another common exposure to heavy metals, specifically mercury, is if you have ever had dental amalgam fillings. Amalgam fillings are particularly dangerous, as your teeth have nerve endings that are connected to all organs of your body. What exactly are heavy metals? Heavy metals include mercury, aluminum, cadmium, and lead. These metals are considered neurotoxic, meaning they have the ability to cross the blood-brain barrier, and they disrupt cells’ normal functioning.

Heavy metals can cause many unwanted symptoms, such as brain fog, fatigue, memory loss, and in extreme cases, high exposure to heavy metals may cause autism.

If you are desiring to become pregnant, it is extremely important that you take measures to detox your body of heavy metals to prevent these from passing to your child.

Here is an important connection for you to make regarding heavy metals, candida, and parasites:

  1. Candida is very difficult to get back under control (everyone has candida in their gut, but it easily becomes overgrown in the gut and disrupts the microbiome) for this primary reason: it uses various things to create a biofilm which helps it to hide from your immune system. Candida will primarily use sugar to create it’s biofilm, but it also loves to use heavy metals to create it’s biofilm to not only hide from your immune system, but travel to other places in your body besides your gut. Ever wonder why your sugar cravings are so intense and you almost feel like there is a voice in your head telling you to go eat that sweet treat?… Could it be that the candida has actually made it’s way into your brain and is controlling your thoughts?… I’m not here with scientific proof of this, but I am posing a question for you to ponder.
  2. Parasites are not necessarily bad, and just like candida, everyone has parasites in their gut microbiome (however, if you have never done a parasite cleanse in your life, you will most definitely benefit from doing so). With seasonal changes, dietary factors, and other influences, certain parasites may become rampant within your gut microbiome, and this is when health issues may occur. Parasites can also feed off of heavy metals in the body, so if you clean up the heavy metals from your body (in addition to making dietary changes), you will in turn create a less hospitable environment for parasites to become overgrown.

In conclusion, if you detox your body of heavy metals, you are already making great strides towards detoxing your body of candida overgrowth and parasites as well! Futhermore, neurotoxic heavy metals can be detrimental to your health, and your health can only benefit from detoxing heavy metals!
